Those students who have passed the BSEB Bihar Board 12th Intermediate with 1st Division in 2026 and their name is in the Official Cutoff/Merit List can apply online. 👫 Gender: Both Boys & Girls are eligible.
🏫 Qualification: Passed BSEB 12th Intermediate in 2026 with 1st Division and Name must be in the Official Cutoff/Merit List.
🎓 Enrollment: Must have taken admission in any Under Graduate (Graduation/Degree) course in 2026.
💰 Scholarship Amount: Selected students will get ₹ 12,000/- Per Year. (i.e. ₹ 48,000 in 4 Years).

जिनका नाम NSP Cutoff List में है और वे NSP के लिए अप्लाई कर रहे हैं, वे विद्यार्थी Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) या Bonafide Scholarship के लिए अप्लाई बिल्कुल ना करें, अन्यथा दोनों रिजेक्ट हो जाएगा। ❌
जिनका नाम लिस्ट में नहीं है, वो PMS (Post Matric) के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
✅ छूट (Exception): आप NSP के साथ-साथ Azim Premji Scholarship के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। इसमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं है।

🎯 NSP Renewal Details (For Old Students)

जिनका सेशन 2023-27, 2024-28 या 2025-29 है, उनका Renewal पिछले Semester/Year का Result आने के बाद ही होगा।
हर साल Re-Annual (Renewal) करना अनिवार्य है, Renewal नहीं करने पर आगे का पैसा नहीं आएगा। ❌

The Government of India has opened the online application window for the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship (CSSS) for the Academic Year 2026-27. Students who have passed their 12th Board Exams with 1st Division and are admitted to graduation programs are eligible for ₹12,000 per year.

📝 1. How to Apply Online (Fresh Registration)

If your name is in the cutoff list and you are applying for the first time, you need to complete the One Time Registration (OTR) first:

Click on the "OTR Registration" link in the Important Links section.
Register using your Aadhaar Number and verify via mobile OTP.
After generating the OTR ID, click on the "Apply Fresh" button to login.
Fill in your educational details carefully and upload your Income, Caste, and Residence certificates (issued in 2026).

🔄 2. How to Apply for Renewal (2023-27, 24-28, 25-29 Sessions)

If you received the scholarship last year, you MUST apply for Renewal to get the next installment:

Click on the "Renewal Login" link above.
Login with your OTR ID and PASSWORD.
Update your current academic year details, fee receipt, and upload your previous semester/year passing marksheet.
Note: You can only apply for renewal AFTER your previous semester results are declared. If you fail to renew, your scholarship will be discontinued.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

🙋‍♂️ Q1. Can I apply for both NSP and Post Matric Scholarship (PMS)? No! If your name is in the NSP Merit list, apply ONLY for NSP. If you apply for PMS or any other state Bonafide scholarship alongside NSP, both your applications will be rejected. However, you are allowed to apply for the Azim Premji Scholarship alongside NSP.

📅 Q2. I passed 12th with 1st Division but my name is not in the list. What should I do? If your name is not in the Arts, Science, or Commerce Merit list, you are not eligible for NSP CSSS. You should apply for the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) instead.

💸 Q3. How much amount will I receive under NSP? Selected graduation students receive ₹12,000 per year. For a 4-year degree course, you will receive a total of ₹48,000 (provided you renew successfully every year).
